quickrush.life lets you search hospitals (for emergencies and surgery), doctors, and ambulances. No account or login is needed to search.

Hospitals are not yet registered on the Platform in this release — there is no hospital login, dashboard, or empanelment agreement in force. Hospital, doctor, and ambulance information shown is for reference only; always confirm directly with the hospital, and call 108 first in a real emergency.

Your recent emergency-hospital searches are kept only in the app's temporary session memory on your own device, so you can revisit them while you're using the app. This is cleared when your session ends and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

If you start a Surgery Booking enquiry, we collect your name, phone, email, and the hospital you're interested in, only to help us understand how our app is used. We do not share this information with the hospital or anyone else. To connect with the hospital, the app redirects you to that hospital's own website or phone number, and you deal with the hospital directly from there.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

1. Who we are

quickrush.life is presently a pre-incorporation, early-access product operated directly under the brand QuickRush ("the Operator", "we", "us", "quickRush"), and not by an incorporated company, and the Operator is responsible under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 ("DPDP Act") for any personal data collected through quickrush.life. If quickrush.life is later transferred to an incorporated company, this notice will be updated and users notified.

2. What the Platform does

quickrush.life is a search and discovery tool. It lets you:

Search for hospitals for emergency admission or surgery
Search for doctors by specialty
Search for ambulances near you
Submit a Surgery Booking enquiry naming the hospital you're interested in, and get redirected to that hospital's own website or phone number to connect with them directly

No account, login, or registration is required to use any of these features. quickrush.life is a technology platform, not a hospital, doctor, or ambulance operator, and does not itself provide medical or transport services.

3. How to reach us and where this app lives

quickrush.life is distributed as an Android app on the Google Play Store. The quickrush.life website provides information about the app and hosts this notice, which is published at a single link referenced from the Play Store listing and from within the app itself.
The app does not process any payments or in-app purchases in this release.
In this release, hospitals do not have accounts, logins, or a dashboard on quickrush.life, and there is no empanelment agreement currently in force between quickRush and any hospital.
Hospital, doctor, and ambulance information shown in search results is compiled by quickRush for reference purposes. It may not be current, and quickRush does not guarantee its accuracy, the availability of any hospital bed, doctor, or ambulance, or that any hospital shown is affiliated with or endorses quickRush.
Always confirm details — availability, admission, pricing, accreditation — directly with the hospital, doctor, or ambulance service before relying on them. In a medical emergency, call the national emergency number 108 first; do not rely solely on quickrush.life.
A hospital that wishes to have its listing corrected or removed may write to info@quickrush.life.

4. Data we collect

4.1 Browsing and search — no data collected

Searching for hospitals, doctors, or ambulances does not require any personal information and is not linked to an account.

4.2 Emergency search session history — stays on your device

To let you revisit hospitals you searched for while looking for emergency care, the app keeps a short list of your recent searches in the app's temporary session state on your own device. This data:

Is never transmitted to or stored on quickRush's servers
Is cleared automatically when your session ends (for example, when you close the app)
Is not linked to your name, phone number, or any other identifier

4.3 Surgery booking enquiry

If you choose to submit a Surgery Booking enquiry, we collect only what you enter on that form, solely to help us understand how our app is used. We do not pass this information to the hospital.

5. Consent

The Surgery Booking form carries a consent notice explaining what is collected and how it will be used, and a consent checkbox that must be ticked before the form can be submitted.
We do not collect or process your name, phone, email, or booking details unless you have ticked this box.
You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time by writing to info@quickrush.life. Withdrawal does not affect an enquiry already recorded before you withdraw.

6. Who we share your data with

We share data only on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or with hospitals. Surgery Booking enquiry data is used only internally, to understand how the Platform is used.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

quickrush.life displays certain information sourced from, and in some places links out to, third-party services such as Google, JustDial, and Practo (“Third-Party Services”) — for example, ratings and reviews, business listings, or a second-opinion pathway. These are shown for your convenience only.

quickRush is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, JustDial, or Practo, and no such affiliation should be implied from their names, logos, or content appearing on the Platform.
Your use of, or any interaction with, a Third-Party Service — including any account, search, call, review, or booking you make through it — is governed solely by that Third-Party Service’s own terms of use and privacy policy, not by this notice.
quickRush does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or content of any Third-Party Service, or for any transaction or communication you have with them directly.
quickRush does not receive, collect, or store any personal data from your interactions with a Third-Party Service. Any information you provide directly to Google, JustDial, or Practo is subject to their respective privacy policies, not this one.

We use these Third-Party Services in the manner made available to the public, and to our knowledge do so consistently with their published terms of use. That said, quickRush does not control, and disclaims responsibility for, their terms or policies, which may be changed by them at any time without notice to us.

8. Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

10. Data security

Surgery booking data is stored on servers located within India, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access is restricted to personnel who need it for internal analysis of Platform usage.
Emergency search history never leaves your device, so there is nothing of that kind stored on our servers to secure or breach.
No digital system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

11. Children's data

quickrush.life is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a Surgery Booking enquiry is submitted on behalf of a minor by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the data and for consenting on the minor's behalf.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time, including when hospital registration, KYC, and dashboards are introduced in a future version — at which point a separate Hospital Empanelment Agreement and an expanded Privacy Policy will apply to hospitals. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice.

13. Contact and grievance

As required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021, a named individual is designated below as Grievance Officer, accountable for resolving grievances raised under this notice.

14. Limitation of liability and indemnity

quickrush.life is a search and discovery tool only. It does not provide medical, ambulance, or transport services, and is not a party to any treatment, admission, or booking that results from your use of the Platform.

quickRush is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, cost, or damage arising from your reliance on hospital, doctor, or ambulance information shown on the Platform, from being redirected to a hospital's own website or phone number, or from any act, omission, or service failure of a hospital, doctor, ambulance operator, or other third party, including any Third-Party Service referenced in Section 7 (Google, JustDial, or Practo).
quickRush is not liable for any unavailability, interruption, or error in the Platform, or for any consequence of relying on the Platform instead of calling 108 or a hospital directly in an emergency.
The exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this Section 14 apply only to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold quickRush, its founders, and personnel harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) false, inaccurate, or misleading information you submit through a Surgery Booking enquiry; (b) your misuse of the Platform or breach of this notice; or (c) your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of the Platform.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
